1) One person from each team/club from Both Regions to help at Weigh-ins.
5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday January 11, 2008

2) One person from each team/club to help with Bracketing.
8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Friday January 11, 2008

3) One person from each team/club to help with Security on the day of the tournament. Security is to help keep people back from the mats, making sure there are only 2 coaches in the corners. Security will also go around making sure nothing is being damaged in the facility. Security will be checking wrist bands at the entry area.

Saturday - January 12, 2008

4) One person from each team/club from both Region's will help teardown after the tournament is done on January 12, 2008. Putting mats in the trailer, breaking down tables, stacking chairs and cleaning up around the wrestling area.

5) Each team/club will be assigned a table and time to work that table, on the day of the tournament. We will be having ? wrestling mats and ? table area. Each team/club should have a minimum of 5 persons per table - one security person to monitor the mat area. example: scorer, timer, tapper, bracketer. Plus each team should furnish a flip chart, 2 stop watches and 2 sets of leg bands.

6) The League Championship Tournament are be organized by the Executive Board but is being run by all the teams in Metro League for the kids/wrestlers in the league. So to make it a success we must all work together and help out as much as possible.
