League Championship Tournament Team/Clubs Responsibilities

1) One person from each team/club from Both Regions to help at Weigh-ins.
                   5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday January 29, 2010

2) One person from each team/club from Both Regions to help set up mats.
                    5:00 p.m. till Finished!

3) One person from each team/club to help with Bracketing.
                   8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Friday January 29, 2010

4) One person from each team/club to help with Security on the day of the tournament. Security is   to help keep people back from the mats, making sure that there are only 2 coaches in the corners. Security will also go around making sure nothing is being damaged in the facility. Security will be checking coaches idea bagges at the entry area.

                    Saturday January 30, 2010

5) One person from each team/club from the LEAGUE will help teardown after the tournament is done on January 30, 2010. Putting mats in the trailer, breaking down tables, stacking chairs and cleaning up around  the wrestling area.

6) Each team/club will be assign a table and time to work that table, on the day of the tournament. Each team/club should have a minimum of 4 persons per table -  example: scorer, timer, taper, bracketed. Plus each team should furnish a score chart, 2 stop watches and one set of  leg bands, and one squirt bottle.

7) The League Championship Tournament is organized by the Executive Board but is being ran by all the teams in Metro Jr. Wrestling League for the kids/wrestlers in the league. So to make it a success we must all work together and help out as much as possible.
